Comic Mass Effect cost 320 Microsoft points for Xbox 360. Offcourse if you have feeling that you need read the comic even if you know the story or you just want to skip the first Mass Effect you can also buy comic.
No no do not buy the comics if you have the change to play the Mass Effect 1 and 2 because that are the great games and you have plenty of time to finish them both.
