It’s Twitter giveaway time here at TVGB again. This time around we’re giving away a copy of Gearbox’s snazzy RPG-flavoured FPS Borderlands , for Xbox 360.
More Borderlands DLC to come
Three well-received pieces of downloadable content don’t appear to be sufficient for Gearbox’s Borderlands ; according to publisher Take-Two CEO Ben Feder, the add-ons released for the role-playing shooter so far have performed “above expectations,” and more is on the way. “We’ll continue to support the title with more digital content,” Feder simply said on the company’s earnings call today, revealing nothing of the nature or release timing of the future content.
Borderlands getting more DLC
Hidden in a dark, damp crevice of the Take-Two mega-mountain of news today was a brief, albeit interesting, comment from Ben Feder, president and CEO. After referencing the success of Gearbox’s Borderlands , Feder stated that Take-Two “will continue to support the title with add-on content.” So, if you’ve finished The Secret Armory of General Knoxx , Mad Moxxi’s Underdome Riot and The Zombie Island of Dr.
General Knoxx’s secret armory looks inviting
Via some new screenshots, Gearbox is giving another look at The Secret Armory of General Knoxx , Borderlands ‘ upcoming vehicle-adding, level cap-rising, ‘biggest to date’ DLC, as announced late last month . There’s no release date yet, however, in a video preview over at GiantBomb , design director Paul Helquist promises it to arrive “very soon”.
